Theory 11 is the largest producer of designer, collectible playing cards. Working with magicians and artists across the globe, they’ve created 158 different specialized tuck cases - the box that holds a classic 52 card deck of playing cards, as well as a variety of gimmick boxes to learn magic tricks.

Beatles Box Set
A collectible box to hold four decks of custom playing cards in the iconic style of the Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Using white, black, gold foil, and a sculpted emboss to bring the intricate design of the special edition box to life. Run on a variety of different clamshell and vertical printing presses, including: Kluge EHD, Saroglia FUB, and Gietz.
Wonka Tuck Case
A combination of tan and white pigment foils, a metallic gold foil, and a sculpted emboss, on purple stock to match the 2023 movie release. All processes were tested and completed on a variety of vertical and clamshell printing presses, including: Kluge EHD, and Saroglia FUB.
Outkast Tuck Case
A metallic gold foil printed on a red flocked velvet stock, on a Saroglia FUB printing press. Die cut on a Kluge EHD Series.
Academy Awards Tuck Case
A custom designed deck of playing cards to celebrate the 2022 Academy Awards. These were designed and printed as gifts for the attendees of an afterparty of the award show. Done simply with a flood of metallic gold foil, a metallic black foil, and an intricate sculpted emboss. All process run on clamshell printing presses, including: Saroglia FUB and Kluge EHD Series.
Harry Potter Tuck Cases
A series of tuck cases designed and printed to represent each Hogwarts house of the Harry Potter universe. Using different colored stocks and metallic foils to emulate the different houses, as well as a detailed emboss. Run on a series of vertical and clamshell printing presses; KAMA, Gietz, Saroglia FUB, and Kluge EHD Series.
Warner Bros. Tuck Case
A limited edition deck of playing cards for Warner Bros. Pictures to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the famous television studio. Using a combination of letterpress, hot foil stamping, embossing, and die cutting to create this iconic and intricate deck featuring characters from their years of storytelling. Run on a variety of cylinder, vertical, and clamshell printing presses, including: Heidelberg Cylinder S Series, Kluge EHD Series, and Saroglia FUB.
Lord of the Rings Box Set
A special edition box to hold four playing card decks — 3 original style, and one special edition hidden in the bottom of the box. Printed on a dark green stock, with a flood of metallic gold foil, green foil, and intricate black foil, as well as a sculpted emboss to create the illusion of the characters faces on the box. Run on a combination of vertical and clamshell printing presses including: KAMA, Gietz, Kluge EHD, and Saroglia.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tuck Cases
To honor the new 2023 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie release, this deck of playing cards uses red, green, and silver metallic foils, and a rounded emboss to create an elevated design. This box was printed on clamshell presses, including: Saroglia FUB, and Kluge EHD Series.
